What is a Mindful Glimpse?
A “mindful glimpse” is a way of letting go or shifting out of a contracted small mind and into our already awake mind. This allows a natural clarity, freedom and connectedness to emerge. A glimpse from effortless mindfulness heals suffering at the root so it immediately refreshes and reboots our whole body-mind system. Mindful glimpses take from 10 seconds to 10 minutes to do. These can be done with eyes closed or open, anytime during your day. The goal of mindful glimpses is not just to cultivate or create a temporary calm state or relieve the symptoms of stress but to discover the natural calm and clarity that refreshes and renews us at the core.
